Welcome to Mark McCormick Music

Mark McCormick is an active trumpet player in the PDX and Columbia Gorge areas. He plays in many styles including Jazz, Funk, Classical, Musical Theater and Historic Music settings. He is the Musical Leader of the Whiskey Flats Brass Band and former Associate Director of the Pacific Crest Wind Symphony and former Director of Bands in the Stevenson/Carson School district.

Current projects include;

McCormick and McFadden: Piano and Cornet, jazz standards.

BrassRoots Movement: Funk and Jazz in a New Orleans street band style.

The McCormick Quartet: Jazz Quartet; Trumpet, Piano, Bass and Drums. Jazz standards. 

Whiskey Flats Brass Band: Historically informed 1800s brass band.

F. Scott Fedora: Traditional Hot Jazz from the 20s and 30s.

Classical Trumpet and Piano: Music for celebrations, Handel, Bach, Vivaldi and more. 

Fanfare Trumpets: Celebratory fanfares

Eclectic Brass: Wide range of brass quintet repertoire.

Skamania Pipers: Solo Bagpipes or up to three Pipers and two Drummers.
